Accommodations
The conference hotel (Doubletree Magnificent Mile) has reserved a block of 100 rooms at a reduced conference rate. The reduced conference rate ($169/night for a single or double room) will be available until April 11, or until the group rate sells out, whichever comes first.
Delegates interested in sharing a hotel room may find it useful to post a free room-mate search advertisement, or to send e-mail to advertisers who have already posted:
Look for a room-mateWe do not know of any accommodations near the conference site that are less expensive than a shared room at the Doubletree. For those who don't mind walking some distance to save money, however, there is a reputable youth hostel about two kilometers to the south: Chicago Youth Hostel.
A small number of travel grants are available from ISCA to attend this workshop. You can find out how to a apply for a grant see here. Grant applications should be submitted before Feb 21st in order for successful awardees to be informed before the author registration deadline of March 8th.
